Firstly we would like to thank you for choosing Europa Print Group. to produce your printed materials. You will be delighted with the end result. Below is an overview of how the system works.

 

	The Quotation
	You will have received a quotation by email for the goods you wish to order. This is an estimate for the works to be undertaken. If the client requirement subsequently varies in terms of product specification or service requirement then this may be subject to change.
	Acceptance of Quotation
	At some stage you have decided to accept the quotation. Check that the detail is correct and send us an email or telephone us confirming that you wish to proceed and refer to the quotation number.
	Payment Terms - Make Sure Your Job Isn't Delayed!
	It is essential that payment is addressed from the outset. Before your job can proceed to production you will have to indicate how you intend to pay for your job. Telephone our accounts team on 02920 890890 if in doubt.
	PDF Artwork Submission
	Quotations are for finished "ready to print" professional artwork produced and submitted by you....the client. Once you are ready to submit your finalised PDF artwork simply go to www.uploadfiles.co.uk and request a password. Once issued you have access to our very own file transfer system. You may upload directly from your computer. You do not require any special software.
	Unable to Create Professional PDF's
	Europa Print Group. offer directly to you Britain's finest and most experienced professional PDF creation service. We are specialists in creating finished PDF artwork from all modern PC and Quark software programs including but not limited to Quark Xpress, Corel Draw, InDesign, Word, Publisher, Illustrator, Freehand etc etc.
	Proofing and Signoff
	Once your artwork is uploaded to www.uploadfiles.co.uk we will produce "soft" or online PDF proofs for you. You will be notified when they are ready via www.uploadfiles.co.uk and will be invited to go there and electronically sign off your job or advise amendments as necessary. Once the job is signed off it will proceed to production.
	Print Production
	We can now use our range of extensive printing facilities to produce a quality printing job that will exceed your expectation.
	Delivery
	Once your job is produced and finished we will arrange delivery to one UK address. The cost of delivery is charged additional at £50 and will be included in your invoice.
