How do I save money on print buying?


Planning is the key. You can save up to 40% on your printing budget by planning ahead. Make sure your artwork is print ready and your PDF's meet our standard. Allow enough time for delivery.


How do I obtain an ISBN number?


Europa are happy to offer our clients a full ISBN number and Barcode service.

Almost 99% of our clients send artwork via our very own specialist website www.uploadfiles.co.uk. You may request a password and user name directly from that address.


How do I prepare a print ready PDF?

Can I see a proof of my job before you print it?


Absolutely! We do not proceed to print without the client signing off a proof of their job.


Do you offer a full design service?


Of course! Just let us know the details of your project and we will be happy to assist.


Can you just tidy up my artwork?


Yes we can. Send us what you have done so far and we will let you know how much it will cost to get it "print ready".


What if my PDF's are not good enough?


We will let you know if your PDF's are substandard or if we think they will affect the quality of your printed product.

We will then offer a PDF correction service.
